Join us for 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰 – 𝐀 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 at Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge.
In collaboration with 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐲, this immersive experience will guide you through a reflective and rejuvenating journey along a guided hike through our extensive trails. Together, we’ll weave:

About the Yoga Instructor:
Amanda Cooley has been cultivating her yoga practice and living a yoga lifestyle for over 16 years. She earned her yoga certification in 2008 and is designated with a CYS-500hr certification through The Yoga Studio College of Canada. In 2018, Amanda graciously accepted an award for Enterprising Women – Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Amanda is a speaker and workshop facilitator who specializes in movement as medicine. She has lectured for several health organizations, been a guest instructor for various yoga teacher training programs and she has been a featured speaker on a number of podcast shows. In 2017, Amanda made an appearance in BIG Adventure 2017, a tourism magazine for Northeastern Ontario where she showcased the sport Stand-up Paddle boarding. Amanda ran a thriving yoga studio in North Bay Ontario for 8 years which allowed her to grow and be part of a like-minded yoga community. She now focuses on retreats, workshops and specialized events and she is excited to support and participate in local community functions.
