𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 – 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠!

We’re excited to be 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 with the 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 to offer a unique, nature-based learning experience for schools – right here at 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲.

Over three weeks in June, we’ll be welcoming 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 (𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝟑–𝟓) and 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 (𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝟔–𝟖) students for a full day of outdoor education designed to inspire curiosity, encourage growth, and foster meaningful connections.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 will take part in our 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, led by Nature’s Harmony – an immersive, guided journey rooted in core values such as mindfulness, perseverance, gratitude, and community, helping students build confidence, resilience, and leadership through challenge, reflection, and connection with nature, self, and others.

𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 will engage in 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 led by the Canadian Ecology Centre, taking part in interactive games, activities, and land-based learning that spark curiosity about the natural world and deepen their connection to local ecosystems.

This collaboration also supports the Canadian Ecology Centre as they work toward reopening after last year’s storm – making this experience even more meaningful.
